We are open Monday to Friday, 9.00 am until 4.00 pm. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays.
Visit one of our centres
You will need to pre-book a visit by calling the Day Centre Manager on 0117 462 6962.
On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, services run from the Wellspring Settlement (in the same building as the Wellspring Surgery). This is at Beam Street, Barton Hill, Bristol, BS5 9QY.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, services run from the Brightwell Centre. This is at Bradbury House, Wheatfield Drive, Bradley Stoke, Bristol BS32 9DB.
