What I do
As CEO, I shape the charity’s vision, culture and long-term goals. I’m the key point of communication between service users, staff and the trustees, and I represent their best interests, ensuring their voices are heard.
Skills and experience
I have worked at Headway for over ten years, both in the carers team, and as a support worker, before taking up the role of CEO in 2020. Before that, I worked at the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Unit, which specialises in the treatment of patients with complex physical and cognitive impairments, challenging behaviours and neuropsychiatric disorders resulting from a brain injury.
