What I do
I help run a range of Headway’s services, including the Crisis Support Service, the Carers Support Service and the Care and Connect group. You can read a Q&A with more information about the Care and Connect Group.
Skills and experience
I’ve supported people with acquired brain injuries across various settings since age 18. I started at Headway Bristol in 2018 and spent three years as a Support Worker before my current role. I’m empathetic, experienced and passionate about helping people.
Interests and hobbies
I enjoy reading, baking for friends and family, and watching musicals at the theatre. I love spending time by the sea – it’s where I feel most relaxed.
