Within our Day Centres

We welcome interest from caring, understanding people who would like to help survivors of brain injuries to regain their confidence and skills at one of our centres.

There are lots of volunteer opportunities available at our centres, from cooking for our service users to assisting with activities (for example arts, swimming, gardening, memory skills or language exercises etc).

Our volunteers are key members of the team at our centres and are given appropriate training and support to confidently deliver their roles.

In fundraising activities and events

If you can’t commit to a fixed number of hours each week, why not help us to raise essential funds by supporting our fundraising activities? Whether you deliver posters and leaflets, run a stall at garden parties and fetes, or organise a sponsored event of your own, you can help us reach our goal of developing and expanding the support we give to service users, their families and their carers.  See the Fundraising section above for more information about how you can help with fundraising events.

All volunteers are paid out-of-pocket expenses as appropriate.
